Module 3: Technical Skills & Tools:
Lessons: Basic computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations), navigating the internet, using email clients, cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox), video conferencing (Zoom, Skype), various software used in different industries (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, Canva).
Activities: Hands-on exercises using various software, troubleshooting common technical issues, creating digital documents, setting up a professional email signature.
Assessment: Completion of tasks using specified software, troubleshooting scenarios.
Module 4: Client Onboarding & Documentation:
Lessons: Creating standardized onboarding processes, creating client profiles, setting up client files, documenting tasks and communications, understanding client contracts.
Activities: Development of a client onboarding checklist, creating client profiles, maintaining a client file system.
Assessment: Creating a comprehensive client onboarding document.
